On Sunday, April 26, we’re bringing our community together for a one-day Pilates and Yoga fundraising experience in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.
Across five thoughtfully programmed classes, every booking directly contributes to the cause — turning movement into meaningful impact.

How to participate.
Make a Donation
Support Breast Cancer Awareness by making a minimum donation of $20 per class through our official fundraising page.
Your donation directly supports the cause and secures your participation.
Reserve your Class
Head to the register section of this page and choose from our 5-class schedule featuring Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Yoga.
Book one class or multiple spots are limited.

Kick off the day with an energizing Reformer flow designed to awaken your core, boost circulation, and ignite every muscle. This fiery, feel-good session sets the tone for the day — powerful, focused, and full of good vibes.

Reformer with Anna
10:00 AM | 40 min | Reformer Pilates
Instructor: Anna P
A continuous, full-body Reformer flow focused on mobility, coordination, and ease of movement. Expect to move fluidly, feel more spacious, and leave grounded, balanced, and energized.

An athletic, sculpt-focused Reformer class built around slow, controlled movement that creates a deep, continuous burn. You’ll move slowly, stay under tension, and leave feeling shaky, strong, and sculpted.

Mat Sculpt with Victoria

Instructor: Victoria H
A dynamic, full-body Mat Sculpt class blending Pilates control, Barre precision, high-rep strength training, and energetic cardio bursts. Expect to build beautiful muscle, fire up your core, and leave feeling strong, centred, and empowered.

Somatic Stretch with Roseanne

Instructor: Roseanne M
A slow, soothing stretch and mobility class featuring gentle somatic movement, static yoga stretches, and moments of stillness. Designed to calm the nervous system and restore the body, you’ll leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and deeply centred.



Why it Matters.
Every day in Canada, 84 women are diagnosed with breast cancer, and 15 lose their lives to the disease.
Your support helps fund vital research that leads to earlier detection, improved treatments, and continued progress toward a future without breast cancer. Every class booked contributes to awareness, action, and hope.

FAQ
Can I book more than one class?
Yes — you’re welcome to book multiple sessions throughout the day. a minimum $20 donation is required for each class booked.
What if I can’t attend but want to donate?
You can support the cause through our fundraising page, even if you’re unable to join us in the studio! All support is appreciated.
Do I need Pilates or Yoga experience?
All levels are welcome. Each class will be guided by an experienced instructor, with clear cues throughout.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable workout attire that you can move in! Grip socks are mandatory for Reformer classes. Please bring a water bottle. NO MAT NEEDED for mat class/ Yoga, all mats are provided!
