Arrivals & Timing

 - Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. No late admittance.

 - Watch for the green dot on the door to signal that the studio is open for the next class.

 - Unfortunately, walk-ins are not accepted at this time—please book in advance.

 

What to Bring

 - Come dressed in workout gear, ready to move.

 - Grip socks are required for all classes (available for purchase in-studio).

 - Only water bottles are permitted at your station—please store all other personal items in the front shelving.

 

In-Studio Etiquette

 - Place all devices on silent as soon as you enter.

 - Notify your instructor before class if you have any injuries, health conditions, or if you’re pregnant.

 - Please respect the studio space and community—clean equipment after use and be mindful of others’ experience.

 

Memberships, Packages & Cancellations

 - Classes, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 - 12-hour cancellation policy: Pack holders and limited members will lose their class credit if late cancelling or no-showing. Unlimited members will be charged a $10 + HST no-show fee.

 - 30 days’ notice is required for membership cancellations (email us directly to process).

 - Memberships can be placed on hold, and are subject to a $10 fee. Hold must be placed for minimum of one month (one full billing cycle).

 - Credit packs have an expiration date; any unused credits remaining after expiry are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated.

Age Requirement

 - Participants must be 16 years of age or older to attend classes.

 

Waitlist Policy

 - Up to 5 people may join the waitlist for any class.

 - If a spot opens, clients will be automatically bumped into class in chronological order.

 - Please treat your waitlist booking as a confirmed class to avoid late cancel or no-show fees.

 

Other Notes

 - From time to time, we may create social media content in the studio. Please let reception know if you do not wish to be filmed.
