Discover

50 min  |  Beginner   |  REFORMER

New to Pilates? Perfect. Discover is your introduction to Reformer—covering the equipment, foundational movements, breath, and body awareness. Expect a supportive, layered approach that meets you where you’re at. Whether you're brand new or brushing up, this class builds confidence, form, and control at any level.

Full Flex

50 min  |  Intermediate  |  REFORMER 

Our signature Reformer class designed to challenge and empower. Full Flex is a full-body workout that builds strength, control, and balance through energizing, intentional movement. An intermediate class for anyone ready to level up, refine your form or deepen your practice at your own pace. Go hard or stay grounded, your body, your burn.

The Sculpting Point

50 min  |  Advanced  |  REFORMER

Sculpting Point is our most advanced Reformer experience, designed to deliver a deep full-body burn. You’ll move through full expressions of movement with advanced layering, precision, and control. Expect to challenge your flexibility, range of motion, and breath as you push your body to its fullest potential—mentally and physically.

This is an advanced-level class. No modifications will be offered. Please speak with your instructor before booking if you're unsure if it's right for you.

Jump & Sculpt

50 min  |  Intermediate  |  REFORMER

A high-energy fusion of cardio and resistance training using the Reformer and jumpboard. Jump & Sculpt alternates Tabata-style intervals with targeted strength work to build endurance, sculpt lean muscle, and boost power. Expect to sweat, shake, and challenge your whole body. All levels welcome, with layered options to keep it safe and strong.

Reformer HIIT

50 min  |  Intermediate - Advanced  |  REFORMER

A fast-paced fusion of off-Reformer HIIT and on-Reformer control. This class alternates explosive bodyweight and resistance exercises with slower, strength-focused reformer work to challenge your entire body and elevate your heart rate. Expect to move in all directions, sweat hard, and push your limits. The perfect complement to any training routine.

Flex & Stretch

50 min  |  Beginner |  REFORMER

This class is designed to build muscle, improve balance, and enhance flexibility through a deep, invigorating stretch. Expect a vigorous flow that engages your entire body, lengthening and strengthening muscles while still working up a sweat. Whether you're looking to increase mobility or push your flexibility further, this class challenges you to move with control and intention—leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and revitalized.

Mat Scuplt

50 min  |  All Levels |  MAT

A full-body, high-repetition workout that blends traditional strength training, functional athletic movement, barre, and Pilates-inspired exercises — with bursts of cardio to keep the energy high. Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or progress as needed. Optional props such as weights, bands, balls, and sliders are added to intensify the burn and keep each class dynamic.

(Over) Flow

50 min  |  Intermediate  |  YOGA

This class will have you flowing through playful poses, as you focus on conscious breath work and body awareness. There will be room to dive deeper into your practise with variations of poses through this energetic and upbeat Vinyasa class.

Yoga on the Rocks

50 min  |  Intermediate  |  YOGA

This is our catch all yoga class. Not really sure what you're in the mood for? Then you have found your class! Taking aspects from Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga, this class will have a unique and vibrant vibe, that energizes and grounds the body. You will leave each class feeling accomplished and ready to take on the day.

50 min session 

Looking for one-on-one instruction on the reformer? Work privately with one of our certified instructors to address rehabilitation, personal needs or goals you have for your journey. All studio equipment will be at your mercy.
